The cabbage soup diet has received a lot of attention in the recent years. Many people are getting on it and using it all the time. This is the perfect diet for anyone that loves cabbage and does not mind eating it for a while. When you have the right recipe for the soup, you will find it to be delicious and nutritious at the same time.

The cabbage soup diet can be eaten when you are hungry. You can eat as much as you like and when you want. That is one of the best parts about this diet. You will eat it until you get full and you do not have to worry about it. The recipe is easy and anyone can make it as long as you have the following ingredients.

Handful of green onions
Green peppers
Can of diced tomatoes
Celery
Lipton onion soup mix
Bullion cubes
Head of cabbage
Any other vegetables that you would like to add

You will cut the vegetables into small pieces and cover with water. Add the diced tomatoes and boil it for ten minutes. Let that simmer and continue cooking the vegetables until they are tender. You can season it to taste with salt and pepper and whatever else you like.

You will then follow a routine for the next few weeks. The first week, you should eat all the fruits and vegetables that you want. You can eat them anyway that you want and it is best to avoid beans, peas, and corn. With the fruits and vegetables, you can eat all the cabbage soup that you want.
