Review of twitter tees by threadless and VistaPrint t-shirts

If you take a moment and were to Google T-shirts you would find thousands of websites from Snorg Tees (whom advertises more sexually related and racy t-shirts) to countless others where you can either select from preprinted pictures and slogans or you can even design your own custom T-shirts. Some specialize in more general T-shirts and other specialize in niches like for instance Obama related merchandise. Now you can add to that two more twitter.threadless.com and Vistaprint.com.

I saw link for this Threadless T-shirt site on twitter. Upon clicking through to it there are four reprinted T-shirts all with twitter related material. From slogans like "140 is the new 420" (this compares the maximum length of a twitter reply to the international time to smoke weed and get high) to "I'm huge on twitter", and "In space no one can hear your tweet." There are all done in a 70s style fashion which I guess is the in fashion now to have retro-looking T-shirts.

Their prices on threadless aren't too bad - they run about $18 each. This cost plus almost $7 shipping in the US by UPS brings the total to almost $25 per t-shirt. In my opinion unless you're extremely addicted to twitter or you have found a way to make inordinate amount of money off of twitter or through twitter, you may be better off expressing yourself with retro shirts you buy from T.J. Maxx, Marshall's, Ross or even Kohl's (just make sure they're on sale at Kohl's and it is a bona fide sale - Kohl's has a tendency to bump their prices and then mark off from the higher price showing a fictitious savings).

Do you have cloudy, worn or ugly headlight lenses? Restore them to new again and save hundreds over replacements!

You can get similar or even better quality retro style T-shirts from big-name brands like Diesel, Billabong, and others for between $6 and $10 at the above mentioned stores like T.J. Maxx. Be sure they are on sale at Kohl's otherwise you'll spend about $20 each. If you go on a sale day you can usually get the same T-shirts for half off at Kohl's.

Another option if you really do want some of these sayings about twitter or similar logos is due to go to a custom T-shirt printing store. You can find these online and if you search a little you can find some really good deals like Vistaprint.com which currently has custom T-shirts starting as low as $4.74 each. You can get exact similar retro-style T-shirts as from threadless for between eight and nine dollars each. At VistaPrint they also have slightly lower cost shipping (around $3 to $4 dollars).

I, myself, have used VistaPrint numerous times for my business in below is a picture of an actual custom t-shirt that was sent as a free sample from VistaPrint. They also sent some literature stating they were having a special with free shipping for the month on any order. Now this was obviously a preprinted design with a custom web address added to it, but you can do pretty much whatever you want from pictures to slogans to basically just about anything and it can all be done right off their website.

Threadless apparently currently only has a few T-shirts to choose from as they are apparently a new start up. VistaPrint, on the other hand, has thousands of preprinted designs, custom choices and even sure choices. You can select from a regular Hanes t-shirt to a myriad of polo shirts, rugby shirts, hats, jackets, business cards, etc.

Got bad acne, pimples or zits? Want clear, clean and younger looking skin? Then you need a TCA peel fromBestskinpeel.com - the absolute best in online skin peels and acne care!

In my opinion, and again this is solely my opinion, VistaPrint is definitely a much better deal than Twitter Tees by Threadless (as they refer to themselves on their website). You have more control over T-shirt style, selection, customization options, and the pricing is much, much lower. Now they do have a contest on twitter tees by threadless where you can win up to $500 supposedly by submitting them ideas for slogans for new T-shirts related to twitter. Yeah, they don't have that apparently on VistaPrint. So that's this good the only plus I have for twitter tees by threadless. Maybe VistaPrint will read this or one of your readers will for this to them and they will do a similar contest.

I think, if I'm correct, that VistaPrint has had similar contests and promotions like this in the past but they also do things like free shipping and reduced prices on their already low priced t-shirts and other apparel and stuff. Besides if you look closely at the picture of the t-shirt above you will see a sticker on the top part of the shirt which gives 25% off the next order wih Vistaprint!  If you're just about to buy one T-shirt for yourself and you see a cool slogan on twitter to use by threadless then I guess there's nothing wrong with buying that one shirt, but if you're looking to buy several or want more customization options you would definitely want to at least take a look at VistaPrint.
