Some really neat links, webcams and more for you to explore and expand your mind.
Here's something neat I found today. A live webcam of Old faithful provided by the parks service. It even tells you of the next eruption in the top left corner of the screen so you can watch this geyser from anywhere in the world - isn't the internet amazing? http://www.nps.gov/archive/yell/oldfaithfulcam.htm
If you don't want to wait for the next eruption you can go to this link and watch a prerecorded one:

The guy that narrates this video has quite a accent. He tells of how geysers form and what causes the water to become pressurized and super heated.

Do you have ugly and unsafe headlight lenses on your car or truck?
Enough about ghosts and such - how about the economy? Today is like the 6th or 7th disastrous down day. The Dow Jones and S&P 500 are now down at pre 2003 levels. Basically the whole last bull run from 2003 to 2007 has just been erased completely. Trillions of dollars have been lost in the stock market and it could easily go lower. Jim Cramer thinks 7500 is the potential bottom for the Dow. We are now at 8500 or so. It is time for a bounce, but there could be a little more downside first. At least the world's banks have come to terms and done a widespread 5o basis point rate cut. This with the Fed's $700 billion dollar bailout and countries like China, Russia and Great Britain releasing billions of dollars to help stimulate the economy it will have to start helping soon.
According to numerous analysts the end of a bear market is usually a steep decline (called an end capitulation)which could be what is happening now. Investors are fleeing the market in droves. This is also what happens at the end and is usually the worst thing investors can do. Here's a good place to start for advice on the stock market - the Warren Buffett watch:

Warren Buffett is the single most successful stock investor of all time. He uses a value and long term approach and has sat through numerous recessions, bank closings and finacial crashes, etc... He is weathered, tried and true. If you had invested $10,000 in his Berkshire Hathaway back in the 60's when he started, it would now be worth over $120 million! That's an incredible rate of return. During this same time many investors have come and gone.
Now, enough for the economy. Here's an interesting site:
http://neat.jpl.nasa.gov/
It tracks and photographs nearby asteroids that could cause the earth potential problems (collisions). It's by NASA so it is official and its quite informative and educational too. You can see where some of that billions of tax dollars for space exploration goes.
Restore your headlights to new again with New Lite headlight cleaner from MDWholesale.com!
And for those of you worried about bills, debt, the economy, etc... here's a neat link with a credit card payoff calculator. You just tell it how much you owe, your rate, etc... and it will tell you how long it will take to pay it off - pretty cool huh?:
http://www.bankrate.com/brm/calc/creditcardpay.asp
Makes you realize just how bad debt can be and how long it can take to get out of it.
And one last one for today. This one is for those of you that want to see what goes on behind MIT (the Massachussett Institute of Technology) hallowed halls - now you can sit and take the exact same class and lectures of current students in some of the most popular classes offered there:
http://ocw.mit.edu/OcwWeb/web/home/home/index.htm
They have courses available in engineering, science, management, etc... Pretty neat site for you brainiacs out there.
